At Viha Online, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
